Portable reveals plans of returning to school

Street-pop star Portable, who is known for his controversial style, has said he needs to get more education.

On his Instagram, he shared a video where he spoke about making sure he can be professional as well as famous.

Portable, who already has an OND from Kwara State Polytechnic, explained that his main reason for furthering his studies is to handle his music business properly.



“I wan go back to school. I want to finish my education. I dey sponsor people’s children and my own children too. I don’t want my children to [be] mocked that their father is illiterate.

“I didn’t collect the certificate for the ND programme that I did in Kwara State Polytechnic. But as I don make am now, I wan go back to school. So that I will be able to manage my music career better, and it will also help in my dealing with people,” he said.
