In Nentawe’s case, his spending is criticised as largely unsustainable and ad hoc, characterised by sudden, unexpected disbursements that lack a strategic plan or integration into broader health policies. Such spending, though it may bring temporary relief, raises critical questions about continuity and impact once the immediate funds run out. How can healthcare thrive without a stable system reinforcing supply chains, workforce skills, and infrastructure?

Governor Mutfwang’s policy, planning, and capacity building offer a sustainable blueprint for healthcare advancement. It demonstrates that true performance isn’t measured by sporadic generosity but by creating enduring systems that reliably serve citizens every day.

If truly Nentawe has the interest of the State in mind, and as a patriotic son, not minding the different political platforms, he should have liaised with the governor to tailor his assistance more sustainably.
