The robot’s movements were reportedly controlled by AI utilizing the same neural networks as Tesla’s Full Self-Driving software, and it is trained using a “vision-only” approach based on observing human actions.
Tesla plans to produce 1,000 units by the end of 2025 for internal use and aims for mass production and external sales around 2026, targeting a price of approximately $20,000 per unit.
